Head of Center Cynthia Hutchison serves as panelist at 2022 SPESA Advancements in Manufacturing Technologies Conference

The panel discussion examined the role of automation across multiple industries, including apparel and automotive. Hutchison joined Leonard Marano, President, Americas of Lectra and Frank Henderson, President & Owner of Henderson Sewing Machine Company for a lively conversation.
As CEO and Head of Center, Hutchison leads efforts to engage the national manufacturing ecosystem through local, national, and international projects and activities that accelerate the transition toward advanced manufacturing. She directs programming that helps shape the global agenda on the future of production, strengthen the competitiveness of the manufacturing sector in the United States, and marries new technology and processes with valuable, tried manufacturing practices.
