Leadership Development Initiative
Under the leadership of Stephanie Wright, COO at the US Center for Advanced Manufacturing, and Founder, Coach & CEO of Agora Leadership, the Next Generation 2025 Cohort will be focusing on an ‘Updated Intelligence’ model to deepen learning and focus on core areas of future-readiness in tomorrow's manufacturing and supply chain ecosystems.
The Program
Launched at the Inaugural Next Generation Leadership Summit at Michigan State University on October 29th, 2024, the program will contain four (4) key modules focused on five (5) themes based on the Agora Leadership Coaching Modules:
● Foundation Core Competencies
● Perspective Shift to Enhance Diverse Thinking
● Integration of Values in Action
● Momentum of Innovation
● Living the Commitment of Leadership
Candidates will engage in interactive sessions alongside cross-industry peers, academics, and industry leaders over a 6-month journey focused on workforce innovation.
The curriculum, created by Stephanie Wright and supported globally by multinationals, Michigan State University Accelerators, industry partners, and the World Economic Forum, brings together nomination-only participants from USC4AM member companies and partners.
Through four key modules, participants will explore advanced workforce strategies and collaborate on a co-led capstone, to be showcased at the 2025 Next Generation Leadership Summit.
Virtual Sessions
The 2025 Cohort will include 4 virtual modules, 1x1 leadership coaching, peer-to-peer co-coaching, virtual convening, and one in-person summit.
